Street Car Racing at WWTR

Street Car Racing is coming to World Wide Racing Technology in the St Louis Metro East Region. there are several date on the calendar.Racing dates for 2022 include July 1, August 12, September 16, October 14 (new) and October 21. Street Car racing is being presented by Ranken Technical College with the additional contribution from NOS Energy Drink.

Street Car Racing- What Is It?

This is open to any licensed driver and is considered a safe alternative than illegal street racing.Any street legal car or motorcycle is able to enter this event and see how they stack up against other street legal vehicles. . This eill be held on an NHRA sanctioned quarter mile drag strip. This is the same strip used by the professionals.

Every driver and rider must have proof of insurance and every vehicle must pass a safety inspection before it can take part in the street racing legal event.

Also, on many of these night, Ranken Technical College features drifting on Friday nights with the area being filled with midway attractions, t-shirt tosses and music with DJ’s.

Street Car Racing-  Entry Forms and Cost

To enter the Street Car Racing event the cot $30 at the gate but you can save money by purchasing earlyon the contact-free PitPay app for $25.

Crew passes can be bought for $17 in advance or $20 at the gate. Admission for spectators is $17 in advance or $20 at the gate. Kids 6-12 ar $8 and  and under are free.
